Increased Power
It is an eco-friendly fuel additive that disperses fine fuel oil particles
into ultrafine particles, facilitating the oxidation bonding of each element.
Through the nozzle injection process, it significantly reduces excess air during
combustion explosions, enhancing thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
During use, it removes soot from the combustion chamber and converts non-combustible
substances in the fuel into combustible materials, enabling complete combustion,
reducing fine particulate (PM) emissions, and improving engine efficiency.
Conversion of Fuel Particles into Ultrafine Particles
Disperses and refines fuel particles into ultrafine particles, facilitating the oxidation bonding of each element. (Nozzle injection process)
Reduction in Fuel Consumption
Reduces the non-combustible portion of fuel, promoting complete combustion and minimizing unburned carbon (PM), allowing full utilization of the fuel's calorific value without loss. (Reduces fuel consumption)
Enhanced Thermal Efficiency through Complete Combustion
Converts non-combustible substances in fuel into combustible materials, ensuring complete combustion without loss of the fuel’s thermal energy.
SOOT Removal through Microfine Dispersion
Continuous use of Power-Z softens and breaks down the crystalline structure of soot adhering to the heat transfer surfaces inside the combustion chamber, improving boiler efficiency.
In internal combustion engines, carbon deposits formed during combustion are removed, protecting the engine and improving P-MAX (enhanced engine efficiency).
SLUDGE Dispersion and Fuel Conversion
Through Power-Z’s unique refining action, sludge materials formed in the fuel are dispersed into a colloidal state, allowing sludge within the fuel tank to be converted into fuel during usage.
Reduction of Fine Particulates (PM) & Increased Power
During combustion, CO is converted to CO₂, and HC is transformed into H₂O and CO₂, ensuring complete combustion of unburned carbon in exhaust gases, reducing PM (fine particulate matter) and enhancing power.
